I'm Alberto Giorgi, a Digital Product Designer based in Tuscany, Italy, currently working at Softec, a publicly listed company operating in the digital transformation service industry with a focus on data-enabled customer experience.

I am specialized in crafting digital products. My role involves conducting UX Checkups, creating wireframes, defining UI aesthetics, and developing high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing. I collaborate closely with clients through co-design sessions, ensuring inclusive feedback and alignment with design requirements.

Throughout my agency career, I've worked across diverse industries such as fashion, retail, healthcare, education, real estate, and financial banking, contributing to projects ranging from mobile apps to augmented reality experiences.

In addition to design, I teach UX/UI Design, engaging with corporate professionals and instructing university-level courses sponsored by the Italian state.

I stay updated on industry news and emerging software, being an avid advocate of Figma. In 2023, I was honored with a scholarship to attend the ConFig conference in San Francisco, gaining insights from top tech company designers.
